WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR COST?

Our tour package pricing reflects the quality, comfort, and unique experiences we provide. We strive to offer exceptional value by including well-planned itineraries, expert local guides, comfortable accommodations, and seamless logistics. What is INCLUDED?
  • USD 40 per person Visa Fee and processing. You will receive e-Visa in PDF format and approval guaranteed.
  • USD 100 per per per night Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) levied by the Royal Government of Bhutan. The SDF contributes to the development of tourism infrastructure, supports free education and healthcare, preserves Bhutan’s exceptional forest cover, and helps maintain the country's carbon-neutral status.
  • Accommodation at 3-star hotels inspected and certified by the Department of Tourism (premium 4 or 5-Star accommodations available at extra charges)
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • English-speaking licensed tour guide. Guides speaking other major languages can be arranged at an additional fee.
  • All ground transportation including airport transfers
  • National costumes (Gho) for men and (Kira) for women. The costumes must be returned at the end of the trip.
  • Bottled mineral water in the car
  • All government taxes for the services mentioned above


What is EXCLUDED?
  • International flights. We can arrange help you arrange flights to and from Bhutan at no additional fee.
  • Travel insurance is (optional).
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Alcoholic beverages, laundry services
  • Entry fee to all museums, monuments and national parks
  • Tip to guide & driver
  • Other personal expenses

Payment Processing Fee

We absorb payment processing fee of 3.75% + $0.40 charged by our payment processor Trust My Travel. Your payment processed through this website is financially protected by Trust My Travel. Booking Service Fee

We use external reservation system to manage bookings and to offer seamless customer experiences on our website. A booking fee of 1.50% to cover the services of this external booking system is added to the total cost of the tour at the time of checkout.

Direct Bank Transfer

Alternatively, you may also pay by direct bank transfer. The wire transfer fee charged by your bank and the intermediary bank is anywhere between USD 20 to USD 31 depending from bank to bank.
